  • Your order was not delivered due to an error on our part.
  • The product received significantly differs from the item ordered.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

  • Fresh flowers that have naturally aged after delivery.
  • Customized or personalized orders.
  • Orders with incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
  • Failed deliveries due to recipient unavailability.
  • Minor variations in flower color, arrangement, or packaging, as flowers are natural products.

Reporting an Issue

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product received

Requests submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for review.

Refund Approval

Once your request has been reviewed and approved:

  • A full or partial refund may be issued.
  • A replacement product may be offered where appropriate.
  • Store credit may be provided at our discretion.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase.

Order Cancellations
